Our Mission
The All Irondequoit Sports Association, (A.I.S.A.) is a baseball league for boys and girls who live in, or go to school in the Town of Irondequoit. Players enter the league at all different ages, with widely varying levels of skill, knowledge and enthusiasm. With a few exceptions, advancement through the four divisions is based solely on age. There are no minimum requirements for advancement related to skills, experience or baseball knowledge. Girls and boys play on the same teams.
President's Message 
The All Irondequoit Sports Association was formed for the primary purpose of
giving kids an opportunity to have some fun playing baseball. We even put in it
our logo to provide a constant reminder of what we are trying to accomplish.
The league exists entirely through the efforts of a dedicated group of
volunteers. These people coach teams, help organize team activities and serve on
the board of directors which oversee the league operations. The volunteers work
hard to ensure that things go well and the appropriate environment for the
players and families participating is maintained at all times.
Please do your part to help make this season a success. Get involved when you
see an opportunity to help. Take the time to provide constructive input. Do your
part to ensure a positive environment for the kids. Provide encouragement to all
the kids, not just your own children or those on their team, but also the
players opposing your child's team (these are all "our" kids - the
youth of Irondequoit). Acknowledge good plays / hits or extra effort on both
teams. Give an umpire a compliment at the end of a game, as many of them are
still kids themselves and former players in our league.
Above all, please keep things in perspective. this is baseball for 5 - 12
year old kids, nothing more. It is a league comprised of various talent levels
and unique personalities that make it all our own. It's meant to be fun for
everyone involved (adults included), and if we keep that in mind, it will be.
Thank you for your part in giving our Irondequoit youth a chance to play the
great sport of baseball. Have a great season...."Just for the fun of
it".
